Ishizuka is open five days for dinner Wednesday – Sunday.
We offer two dining times:
Wednesday – Saturday 5.30pm – 7.30pm, and 8.00pm – 10.00pm
Sunday 6:00pm – 8:00pm

We serve one set kaiseki menu, it is priced at $315pp. A $100 per person deposit is required at the time of booking.
Proud to be led by the same independent ownership since our doors opened in 2018, Ishizuka this year celebrates six years of kaiseki cuisine in Melbourne.

Experience Chef Norihito Endo’s Sushi Mastery

Chef Norihito Endo of Tokyo’s globally revered Ebisu Endo returns to Melbourne for a one-night-only exclusive collaboration. Trained under legendary master Takashi Saito of the revered three-Michelin-star Sushi Saito, Chef Endo embodies the essence of traditional sushi craftsmanship while infusing modern creativity into each dish. For one night only on 3 May, Ishizuka will offer diners the opportunity to savour 12 courses of Chef Endo’s celebrated Edomae-style sushi, served alongside an exquisite selection of three dishes from Ishizuka’s Autumn Menu by Executive Chef Katsuji Yoshino. On this special occasion, Chef Endo will be joined by Takeshi Kubo, owner-chef of the two-Michelin-star kaiseki restaurant Goryu Kubo in Azabu, Japan—bringing together two masters for an unforgettable evening of refined Japanese cuisine.

Ishizuka invites you to discover its new Home Dining collection — an elegant in-home experience that reflects the seasonal finesse and refined craftsmanship of the two-hatted restaurant.

Executive Chef Katsuji Yoshino presents exceptional offering:

Wagyu Sukiyaki Set and Sushi & Sashimi Assortment
Featuring A5 Kumamoto and MB9+ Sevens Creek Wagyu, accompanied by seasonal vegetables, tofu, and mushrooms. Designed for effortless preparation, this set brings the sophistication of restaurant-quality sukiyaki into your home.A ready-to-enjoy selection of seasonal maki rolls and sashimi, handpicked and prepared with the freshest market seafood. Highlights include Ishizuka’s signature Otsukuri course, with delicately plated sashimi served over shiso leaves and paired with pickled myoga, wasabi, and soy.

 Each set is priced at $600.
Available for daily pick-up from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, starting Tuesday, July 8.
Orders must be placed at least three days in advance.

Cancellation Policy

We request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation, reduction of diners, or date changes to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the price of our menu per person.

Dietary Requirements

Our menu is predominately seafood-based and contains soy, gluten, dairy, shellfish, and nuts.
Due to the nature of our cuisine and setting, we are unable to accommodate Vegan, Vegetarian, No seafood, Severe Gluten Allergy, No soy sauce or miso.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for dietary requirements at either reservation@ishizuka.com.au or by providing information at the time of booking.

Dress Code

We request an elegant casual dress code.
We ask that guests refrain from applying strong cologne or perfumes.
Please be aware of conversation volume when dining with us.

Children

We welcome guests of 12 years old and above but we do not offer changes to our menu size.
